1. Cancellation Policy:

   • Customers may cancel their order/service within 48 hours of the purchase or before the delivery date.

   • To request a cancellation, customers must contact Power9 Herbals Private Limited through email: trao7779@gmail.com.

2. Refund Policy:

   • Full refunds will be issued if the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe.

   • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

   • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.

   • Partial refunds may be provided under certain circumstances, subject to the discretion of the company.

3. Exceptions and Special Cases:

   • Services/products with specific terms and conditions may have different cancellation and refund policies, which will be explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

   • No refunds will be provided after grace period or once the service/product has been delivered, as applicable
